Where Port Huron weddings happen

Fort Gratiot Lighthouse is where I ran ceremony audio for a wedding on the grounds of Michigan's oldest lighthouse. Outdoor ceremony with the lighthouse behind you and the lake in front of you. It does not get more Port Huron than that.
The Port Huron Masonic Center Ballroom downtown has a big hardwood dance floor and seats about 250. As a DJ, that combination makes me smile. Big floor, big room, big party.
The ballroom at 800 Military Street used to be the CityFlatsHotel. SC4 bought the building and the ballroom is still available for weddings, so this one lives on under a new owner.
What to know about a Port Huron wedding
Port Huron weddings lean waterfront, which means wind. Outdoor ceremonies by the river or the lake need dedicated ceremony audio or your vows disappear into the breeze. The water is beautiful and it does not care about your timeline.
The other thing to know is that this town shows up to party. I have seen it from behind the booth more times than I can count. Give Port Huron people a dance floor and a reason, and they will give you a night to remember.
